To be eligible to participate in the Mortgage Partnership Finance® Program (MPF), an institution must first be a member of a
Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) that offers the MPF Program. Click here for a list of participating FHLBs. If your institution is not a member of a participating FHLB and you would like more information
on how to become one, contact an FHLB Relationship Manager in your district. To find out in which district your state is located, you can visit the Federal Housing Finance Board website.
In addition to being a member of a participating FHLB, an institution must have experience in originating loans and have the ability to
report mortgage loan activity under either a Scheduled/Scheduled or Actual/Actual remittance structure.
Application Information
To enroll in the MPF Program, a member must complete an application with its participating FHLB. To have an application sent to you, please contact an FHLB Relationship Manager in your district. We may also request information from the applicant's latest
Audited Financial Statements.
