The eMPF website is a secure, transactional website that participating financial institutions (PFIs) can use to obtain Credit Enhancement determinations (Loan Presentment), to execute delivery
commitments, and to deliver loans (Loan Funding).
Why use eMPF electronic processing?
The eMPF website is easy to use and offers a host of convenient benefits and capabilities:
- View and/or download current rate and fee schedules
- Obtain Delivery Commitments up to $5 million
- View your rate and lock it in without delay, thereby reducing exposure to market movement and eliminating additional steps
- Submit loan files electronically through the Loan Presentment process to obtain a Credit Enhancement determination instantaneously either via batch processing
or on a loan level data entry basis
- Submit both conventional and Government loans through the eMPF website
- View the Credit Enhancement, purchased loan balance, interim or accrued interest, agent fee or premium/discount, and net funding amount for each loan
- Fund loans previously presented for Credit Enhancement through the eMPF website, either via batch processing or on a loan level basis
- There is no cost to access or use the eMPF website
Is eMPF access secure?
The eMPF website utilizes the appropriate level of security and current firewall technologies to keep your information safeguarded. A user ID and complex password are issued for your added security.
How can I obtain access to the eMPF website?
The process for obtaining access to the eMPF website begins once your institution is approved as a Participating Financial Institution (PFI) in the MPF Program. Once approved, you would submit the names
of the individual(s) to be authorized for access to the website and indicate the authorization delegated for each individual. User IDs and passwords will be assigned.
What if I have changes in my organization?
For subsequent changes to an individual's delegated authority or to add a new individual for access to the transactional side of the eMPF website, a Delegation of Authority - Supplemental form
(Origination Guide Exhibit M) may be completed and submitted to the PFI's FHLB.
How can I obtain additional information on using the eMPF website?
For additional information and electronic batch processing, please contact the MPF Service Center at (877) 345-2673 to assist you in creating the interface between your systems and the MPF Program
systems. Once this is accomplished, you can begin transmitting and receiving loan information via batch processing through the eMPF website. |
