Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD)
As part of the UMDP initiative, in 2012, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac established the Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD), which is a common set of required data elements (MISMO Data Points) for loan delivery. An XML file containing the required ULDD data points is necessary for all MPF Xtra loans and serves as the base data file for all other MPF loans delivered via batch submission.

MPF Additional Info File Resources
The "Submit Batch" functionality on eMPF allows users to deliver loans under the MPF Program through the submission of the Fannie Mae ULDD XML file. For all products other than MPF Xtra Servicing Retained, the batch delivery process requires the concurrent submission of the ULDD XML file along with an MPF Additional Info File (.csv).
