New Servicing Released Opportunity Coming Soon

Effective Date: Third Quarter 2017

The MPF Program will add a new servicing-released execution for the MPF Traditional products (conventional risk-sharing and government) through its partnership with CMC Funding,Inc. a subsidiary of Capital Markets Cooperative, a Computershare Company (CMC Funding). CMC Funding is an experienced loan servicer with market competitive pricing. This new offering will provide PFIs with a customer-focused approach to selling and delivering their loan servicing to a proven loan servicer with a track record of excellent service, pricing, and support. The CMC Funding execution expands the eligibility and seasoning of loans that may be sold servicing released, which in turn provides PFIs with greater flexibility to meet their secondary market needs.
