The MPF Program’s 2019 Revised Investor Reporting Calendars

Effective Date: January 1, 2019

To assist Servicers with the investor reporting due dates, the MPF Program is publishing the following 2019 investor reporting calendars:

• MPF Traditional Product Investor Reporting Calendar 2019, Servicing Guide Exhibit A;
• MPF Government MBS Product Investor Reporting Calendar 2019, Servicing Guide Exhibit E-M; and
• MPF Xtra Product Investor Reporting Calendar 2019, MPF Xtra Manual Servicing Guide Exhibit A-X.

All forms and reports required in Servicing Guide Chapters 2 and 8 and any additional forms or reports reasonably requested by the Master Servicer must be received by the Master Servicer no later than the dates and times noted on the following page.

Additionally, servicers are reminded that for mortgages that are 30 or more days delinquent as of the last day of the preceding month, the servicer must report the delinquent mortgages’ status in the Delinquent Mortgage Report, as required in Servicing Guide Chapter 8. This includes the Delinquency Status Code and the Delinquency Reason Code (see the Delinquent Mortgage Report - Standard File Layout, Servicing Guide Exhibit B).
