Credit Enhancement Estimator Update

Effective Date: March 9, 2020

The MPF Program is announcing an upcoming revision to the data set utilized with the Credit Enhancement (CE) Estimator functionality.  PFIs that utilize the 21 field CSV file upload functionality will need to use the updated file layout when submitting data files for CE Estimation effective March 9, 2020.  The required change is minor; the field name and supported enumerations in the current file format for “Doc Type” will be replaced by “Number of Borrowers”.
