MPF Direct Loan Delivery

Effective Date: April 16, 2018

Effective for MPF Direct loans locked on or after April 16, 2018, the delivery fee and tax service fee will be updated as follows:

Delivery Fee: $370
Tax Service Fee: $80

The MPF Direct Selling Guide will be updated on April 16, 2018 to reflect the fee changes.
