VA Manufactured Homes under MPF Traditional

Effective Date: Immediately

The MPF Program is pleased to announce the eligibility of VA manufactured homes under the MPF Traditional products. These loans must be originated and serviced in compliance with all VA requirements. See MPF Traditional Selling Guide section 2.8 for additional information.

PFIs who sell Mortgage Loans Servicing released must comply with any additional requirements or restrictions the Servicer has for VA manufactured homes.

As a reminder, manufactured homes remain ineligible under the MPF Government MBS product.
