MPF Xtra Selling Guide Updates

On April 3, 2018, Fannie Mae issued Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2018-03, which covers the below referenced topics that are applicable to loans sold under the MPF Xtra product:

• Lender Contributions
• Conversion of Construction-to-Permanent Financing: Single-Closing Transactions

To gain a full understanding of these topics, PFIs should review the entire Fannie Mae Announcement plus any applicable Fannie Mae Selling Guide chapters, forms, or exhibits noted in the announcement.
