Updates to the CMC Funding Servicing Transfer Manual for MPF Xtra and MPF Traditional

Effective Date: Immediately

The following updates have been made to the CMC Funding Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manual for MPF Traditional (Exhibit W) and MPF Xtra (Exhibit W-X).

CMC Funding Whole Loan Servicing Manual for MPF Traditional (Exhibit W)

Reporting of Servicer to the Government Agency

Chapter 6.4 of the CMC Whole Loan Servicing Manual for MPF Traditional has been updated to reflect that selling PFIs will report change of servicer and transfer of servicing to CMC Funding’s subservicer Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS). New Servicer ID numbers for SLS have also been incorporated into this chapter.

Notice of Servicing Transfer

The Notice of Servicing Transfer exhibit has been updated to reflect that borrowers will need to remit payment to CMC Funding c/o SLS and provides the new address where payments need to be mailed to.  

Important Addresses and Instructions

The Payment Address has been updated to correspond with the information provided in the Notice of Servicing Transfer and the mailing address for BNY Document Custody has also been updated.   

CMC Funding has also updated the contact information for employees that PFIs may contact for assistance.
