The MPF Program Announces Implementation of the ULDD Phase 3 XML File for PFIs Delivering Loans Using “Batch” Data File Upload

Effective Date: May 20, 2019

Effective May 20, 2019, PFIs delivering loans using “batch” data file upload will be required to submit using the updated ULDD “Phase 3” XML file format. 

If you have not done so already, we encourage you to work with your current Loan Origination System (LOS) vendor to ensure your systems are updated accordingly to produce the ULDD XML file in the updated format.  You may start delivering files in the updated format anytime; however, the MPF Program will not accept files delivered using previous versions of the file on or after May 20, 2019.
