Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services Acquired by Computershare Limited

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

Earlier this year the MPF Program Custodian and Master Servicer, Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services was acquired by Computershare Limited. 

Over the next few weeks, PFIs and Servicers will notice the name “Wells Fargo” replaced by “Computershare” on various MPF Program related systems, MPF Guides, forms, exhibits, etc…  However, the acquisition will not affect the services the Custodian and Master Servicer provide the MPF Program, or how PFIs and Servicers interact with them, as the same systems and teams will continue to support the MPF Program. 

Effective immediately, all MPF Guides, Forms, Exhibits and Applicable Agreements provisions referencing Wells Fargo should be read to reference Computershare.
