MPF Traditional Servicing Guide Updates

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

The MPF Program is announcing the following updates to the MPF Traditional requirements:

Clarification added under Section 10.8.2 Bidding Instructions to include verbiage that the Servicer must provide the MPF provider the Bid amount as recommended by Servicer’s legal counsel.
