MPF Program - ULDD Phase 5 File Format Now Required 

Effective Date: Immediately

PFIs are required to use the uniform loan delivery dataset (ULDD) Phase 5 file format for all batch submissions. PFIs who have not yet updated their Loan Origination System (LOS) to create ULDD files in the Phase 5 format will experience errors when attempting to submit loans via batch submission, which may lead to funding delays.

PFIs are encouraged to work with their LOS vendors to apply the necessary updates to generate ULDD files in the Phase 5 format. As a reminder, the updated version of Exhibit S-X for ULDD Phase 5 is available on the MPF Website and AllRegs.
