MPF Servicing-Insurance Loss Draft Process Updates
Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)
In MPF Announcement 2025-60, the MPF Program announced changes to the submission of the Form SG342: Property Insurance Loss Draft Notification from being submitted to the MPF Provider via email (using the MPFServicing mailbox) to being submitted via eMAQCS®plus.
Due to unforeseen system delays, the previously communicated mandatory implementation date of September 1, 2025 is being rescheduled. At this time, the MPF Program does not have a new mandatory implementation date.
The MPF Program will continue to communicate updates regarding this transition a new mandatory date as soon as it becomes available.
Servicers must continue to submit the Form SG342 and the required documentation via email as outlined on the form.
In the meantime, to prepare for this transition Servicers are encouraged to view the On-Demand Training and ensure Servicers have access to eMAQCSplus.

Servicers who do not have access to eMAQCSplus please contact your institution’s eMPF Security Administrator who will be able to add or update this information via the eMPF website. If your institution does not have a designated eMPF Security Administrator, you will need to contact your Federal Home Loan Bank representative to complete a Delegation of Authority Supplemental form.
