Overview
Beginning November 4, investment properties will be eligible for delivery under the MPF Xtra® product. In this session, we will review the guidelines for underwriting investment properties. In addition to covering general eligibility requirements attention will be given to the following:
- Documenting rental income
- Calculating monthly qualifying rental income (or loss)
- Treatment of rental income (or loss)
