MPF Traditional Products: New SRP Schedule

Effective Date: March 12, 2021

Colonial Savings, a purchasing Servicer for servicing released mortgage loans delivered under the MPF Traditional Conventional product, has published a new Servicing Released Premium (SRP) schedule that is effective as of today, Friday, March 12, 2021.

Colonial Savings has removed the ineligible state overlay for New York properties. As a reminder MPF Government products remain ineligible.
