On February 27, 2018, Fannie Mae issued Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2018-02, which covers the below referenced topics that are applicable to loans sold under the MPF Xtra product:

• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• Age of Documents for Loans Impacted by a Disaster
• Compliance with Laws and Responsible Lending
• Clarification to Signature Requirements for Mortgages to Inter Vivos Revocable Trusts
