MPF Xtra Selling Guide Updates

Effective Date: June 5, 2021

Fannie Mae recently issued Lender Letter LL-2021-10 which provides information about a new refinance option – RefiNow. The MPF Program will accept delivery of RefiNow loans that meet the Fannie Mae requirements detailed in LL-2021-10 and the Fannie Mae Guides, under MPF Xtra.

Further guidelines, additional operational details and MPF product specific Guides will be updated in the future to reflect this announcement.
