MPF Traditional Mortgage Insurance Updates

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

Clarified the MPF Traditional Selling Guide to indicate that mortgage loans underwritten with an automated underwriting system (AUS) must meet the mortgage insurance requirements of the applicable AUS, however, mortgage loans with reduced mortgage insurance coverage are not eligible for delivery.
