MPF Traditional Updates to List of Ineligible Transactions, Products or Attributes

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

The following updates have been made to Section 2.7 Ineligible Transactions, Products or Attributes of the MPF Traditional Selling Guide:

• Clarified that although agricultural properties, such as farms or ranches are ineligible for delivery, properties that have secondary use for insignificant farming activity such as hobby farms are eligible, provided the secondary use is validated by income and appraisal.
• Clarified shared equity transactions are ineligible.
