MPF Program Clarification of QM Requirement

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

The MPF Program Guide is being updated to ensure clarity as to eligibility for certain loans secured by investment properties exempt from the Qualified Mortgage/Ability to Repay requirements, that meet the specific MPF product eligibility requirements. See MPF Program Guide 7.5.1.1 - QM Loans with Safe Harbor.
