MPF Traditional Selling Update of Limited Review LTV/TLTV

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

Updates have been made increasing the maximum LTV/TLTV ratios for limited reviews for units attached in established projects located outside of Florida, from 80% to 90%. For additional guidance, see MPF Traditional Selling Guide Section 8.6.1. Limited Review.
