MPF Traditional Occupancy Restriction Clarifications

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

Effective immediately, occupancy restriction requirements have been updated to clarify they are only acceptable if they are reasonable local, state, or federal restrictions applied to all occupants, that do not discriminate on the basis of race, age, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, familial status, or any other prohibited basis under applicable anti-discrimination law.
