MPF Xtra Selling – Delivery Commitment Clarifications

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

Updated the following delivery commitment guidance:

Clarified that delivery commitments may be reduced or extended via eMPF^® or by contacting the MPF Service Center.
Updated the current pricing adjustments for best efforts delivery commitments to align with Fannie Mae and accurately reflect the current process by replacing worse-case pricing adjustments with duplicate commitment price adjustments.
Updated the acceptable loan term eligible for best efforts delivery commitments and mandatory delivery commitments to incorporate nonstandard amortization (odd) terms.
