MPF Program Legal Compliance Update

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

Effective immediately, the MPF Program Guide is updated to ensure PFIs and Servicers comply with any fair lending and fair servicing related guidance issued by state and federal regulators (for example CFPB, HUD, etc…), in addition to fair lending and equal opportunity laws.
