MPF Xtra Updates to Eligible Transactions, Products or Attributes

Effective Date: December 1, 2023

Effective Friday, December 1, 2023, the following transactions will be permitted for delivery under the MPF Xtra product:

• Single-Width Manufactured Homes
• MH Advantage mortgage loans
• Mortgage loans secured by properties in Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands*

*Mortgage loans with properties located in Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands must be delivered as Servicing Retained.

The MPF Xtra Selling Guide was updated to permit the above transactions. Originators must comply with the MPF Xtra Selling Guide and the applicable Fannie Mae Selling Guide underwriting requirements.
