New Exhibits Provide Repurchase Guidance

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted within)

The MPF Program is creating 2 new exhibits to provide PFIs with further guidance on the repurchase process for MPF Traditional loans and MPF Xtra loans. 

See “Exhibit GG - MPF Traditional Repurchase Request” and “Exhibit GG-X - MPF Xtra Repurchase Request.”

MPF Guides have been updated to reference the new exhibits as applicable. See:

• MPF Traditional Servicing Guide: 1.5 Repurchases; 2.10.7 Mortgage Loan Payoffs and Liquidation Proceeds; 2.12.4 Payoff and Liquidation Remittances; and 10.2.1 MPF Bank Initiated Repurchase Request.
• MPF Xtra Selling Guide:  1.1 Repurchase and Indemnification.
• MPF Xtra Servicing Guide: 1.5 Repurchases; 2.10.3 Mortgage Loan Payoffs and Liquidation Proceeds; 2.12.2 Payoff and Liquidation Remittances; 10.2 Repurchase Requirement.
