MPF Traditional Servicing Released – Colonial Savings Update
Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)
Colonial Savings F.A. the purchasing Servicer for servicing released mortgage loans delivered under the MPF
Traditional product, has made the decision to terminate their participation in the MPF Concurrent Servicing
Program.
PFIs who have executed a PFI Servicing Sale Agreement with the Colonial Savings servicing released program
should have already received a formal notice of termination from Colonial Savings.
The last day to deliver servicing files to Colonial Savings and be paid the SRP will be October 15, 2025.
