MPF Traditional Servicing – Updated Requirements for Sending a Payment Reminder Notice
Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)
The MPF Traditional Servicing Guide has updated the requirements for sending a payment reminder notice to a borrower by extending the time to send each notice from the 17th day of delinquency to the 20th day of the month.
