  • The MPF product specific Selling Guides have now been updated to reflect the retirement of several MPF Provider inboxes, as previously detailed in MPF Announcement 2025-77.

MPF Traditional

Clarified PFI responsibilities related to reconsideration of value.

MPF Xtra

Fannie Mae published SEL-2025-08, Updating rental income allowing accessory dwelling units and increased the allowable cash back for limited cash-out refinance.

  • Access and complete the necessary reconciliation forms from within the system

  • Communicate with and receive updates directly from the MPF Loan Accounting team
