MPF Program – Servicing Requests

Effective Date: February 3, 2026

In efforts to streamline servicing requests such as assumptions, release of liability, and partial releases, Servicers may begin submitting these requests via eMAQCS^®plus to the MPF Program utilizing Form SG341: Request for Release of Security.

Submitting Form SG341

Servicers must submit the Form SG341 as follows:

to notify the MPF Provider that a Servicing Request has been processed in accordance with Guide requirements, or
to request approval for an exception, when permitted in the Guides, if the Servicer determines the request does not meet the eligibility requirements, but the Servicer determines extenuating circumstances exist the Servicer must obtain approval prior to processing the request.

Effective Date

Servicers are encouraged to begin utilizing the Form SG341 immediately but must do so for all requests received on or after February 3, 2026.
