All Products

The Delinquent Mortgage & Bankruptcy Status Report Instructions (Exhibit B) has been updated with changes to reporting requirements and the contact for additional assistance.

MPF Traditional

Updated the reimbursement process related to MPF Traditional conventional loan modifications.

Further clarified the requirements for property valuations in High Level Concern (HLC) reviews.

MPF Xtra 

Fannie Mae published SVC-2025-02, which includes a clarification on how to calculate the remaining mortgage loan term for a Fannie Mae Flex Modification if the borrower has made additional principal payments.

  • MPF Announcement 2025-39: MPF Xtra Servicing – Updates to Foreclosure Time Frames and Compensatory Fee Allowable Delays Exhibit

Fannie Mae published LL-2025-01, updating the time frames within which routine foreclosure proceedings must be completed in twenty-two jurisdictions.
