MPF Servicing - Delinquent Mortgage & Bankruptcy Status Report Updates

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

The MPF Program has updated the Delinquent Mortgage & Bankruptcy Status Report Instructions (Exhibit B). The changes include:

• Incorporated reporting requirements when the delinquency is due to a Major Disaster,
• Updated the required action codes and reporting descriptions to align with the current Loss Mitigation offerings,
• Removed outdated COVID-19 reporting requirements, and
• Updated the contact information for additional guidance, Servicers must email the MPF Provider at MPF-Help@fhlbc.com for any questions or assistance needed when completing the Exhibit B.
  

As a reminder, Servicers must submit the Exhibit B via eMAQCS®plus. To avoid the form being rejected, Servicers must follow the format requirements as provided for in the Exhibit B Instructions and pursuant to the requirements in the applicable MPF Servicing Guide.
