Reminder: MPF Custodial Account Reconciliations Must Be Submitted in eMAQCS®plus
Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted within)
The MPF Program would like to remind Servicers that all custodial account reconciliation requests must be completed within eMAQCSplus.
As previously communicated, custodial account reconciliations are no longer processed via email, fax, or mail. eMAQCSplus provides a centralized, secure, and efficient way to manage the entire reconciliation process.
Within eMAQCSplus, Servicers can:
- Complete the most current custodial account reconciliation forms online
- Upload supporting documentation securely
- Communicate directly with the MPF Loan Accounting team through a centralized portal
All new custodial account reconciliation requests must be submitted through eMAQCSplus. Any existing requests initiated prior to this change should continue to be managed through the MPF Customer Service Portal until resolved.
Access to eMAQCSplus
Servicers who do not have access to eMAQCSplus, please contact your institution’s eMPF® Security Administrator to request access or update your credentials through the eMPF website. Custodial account reconciliations are completed on the default management side of eMAQCSplus, and credentials must include default management access.
Servicers utilizing a sub-servicer, will need to grant them access to eMAQCSplus to perform the reconciliation on their behalf. Contact your sub-servicer for a list of contacts that need access.
