New eMAQCS^®plus Enhancements for Custodial Account Reconciliations

We are pleased to announce new eMAQCS^®plus enhancements designed to improve your experience and streamline custodial account reconciliation operations.

What’s Changing
Custodial account reconciliations will now be completed directly within eMAQCSplus, replacing the current manual process managed through email, fax, or mail. With this upgrade, you can now:

• Complete the most up-to-date reconciliation forms online
• Upload supporting documentation securely through the system
• Communicate directly with the MPF^® Loan Accounting team in a centralized portal

These enhancements provide a faster, more secure, and transparent process for managing custodial reconciliations—all from one convenient location.

The applicable MPF Forms have been updated to reflect eMAQCSplus accordingly.

Access to eMAQCSplus
If you do not yet have access to eMAQCSplus, please contact your institution’s eMPF^® Security Administrator to add or update your credentials via the eMPF website.

• An on-demand recording will be available on the MPF Website for those that are unable to attend.
• November 19: PFIs selected for review in November will receive an automated notification from noreply@covius.com with instructions to begin the reconciliation process in eMAQCSplus.

Please note: All new reconciliation requests will use eMAQCSplus going forward. Any existing requests should continue to be handled through the MPF Customer Service Portal.
