MPF Traditional Products: New SRP Schedule

Effective August 3, 2020, Colonial Savings, a purchasing Servicer for servicing released mortgage loans delivered under the MPF Traditional Conventional products, is publishing a new, improved Servicing Released Premium (SRP) schedule. In addition, we are pleased to announce Colonial Savings previously communicated the administrative fee for loans placed in forbearance in the first 60 days after purchase is being removed. As reminders, loans in the state of New York remain ineligible as do the MPF Government products. The new SRP schedule will be posted no later than the morning of August 3.
