| The MPF Program is committed to supporting the detection and reporting of mortgage fraud. We remind all Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) and Servicers of their obligation to promptly escalate any suspected or confirmed mortgage fraud to both their MPF Bank and the MPF Provider. Mortgage fraud can occur during loan origination and throughout the life of the mortgage.
