Annual Eligibility Certification (AEC)
We have completed a Lean Six Sigma review of the AEC process, and concluded that the detailed insurance information of the OG2 form was the most significant bottleneck, while also not adding value to the MPF Program. Starting in January 2025, we removed the OG2 form. Instead, we are asking PFIs to certify that they meet the MPF Program insurance requirements on the OG1 form.
Delivery Commitment (DC) Expiration Alerts
Multiple PFIs have requested the ability to get a reminder email prior to DC expiration. Our systems now warn users if any DC is about to expire, and the remaining open DC amount is out of tolerance.
- PFIs can now provide an AHP Grant Indicator in the ULDD File without having to call the Service Center to do so manually.
- We have automated the calculation and storage of property longitude and latitude data for more efficient reporting.
