As a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, Citizens First uses the MPF Program’s Government product to provide affordable VA loans with the personalized service of a community bank.

In 2017, we leveraged our membership with our local Federal Home Loan Bank to begin selling loans into the Mortgage Partnership Finance (MPF) Program.

We’ve been selling loans into the MPF Program through our membership with the FHLBank Chicago. The MPF Program helps us stay competitive and keep homeownership affordable for our customers.

By partnering with our local Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (FHLBank Pittsburgh) and participating in the MPF Program, we’ve also gained access to tools that help us attract and benefit more mortgage borrowers in our communities

Fannie Mae (FNMA/OTCQB) today announced that it has approved the Mortgage Partnership Finance® (MPF ®) Program, administered by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago on behalf of six Federal Home Loan Banks, to sell loans made to Native Americans and secured by tribal trust lands under the company’s Native American Conventional Lending Initiative (NACLI) program.
