MPF Program Guide Updates – Loss of Confidential Information/Security Incident
Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted within)
Updated the following Loss of Confidential Information/Security Incident guidance:
- Clarified the required information that must be submitted to the MPF Bank and MPF Provider when a security incident has occurred.
- Incorporated a reminder that PFIs and Servicers must ensure compliance with all applicable Government Agency requirements or obligations including any reporting/notification requirements.
