MPF Traditional Servicing Released – Colonial Savings Manual Update

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

The Concurrent Servicing Sale Manual for Colonial Savings (Exhibit F), has been updated as follows:

• Updated the contact information in Exhibit 2,
  

• Incorporated the default reporting updates that were previously communicated in MPF Announcement 2024-39, and
  
• Revised the manual to ensure it reflects the current process and requirements, including updates to the Colonial Savings Process Flow in Exhibit 13.
