MPF Quality Control – eMAQCS®plus Reminders
Effective Date: Immediately
As previously announced, the MPF Quality Control (QC) process within eMAQCSplus has been enhanced to improve transparency, efficiency, and communication throughout the QC review lifecycle.
These enhancements include:
- A simplified three-level exception severity structure
- An updated QC review workflow, including severity reclassification during the rebuttal process.
- Clearer exception status definitions to improve visibility into where items are within the review process.
- Enhanced two-way communication tools at both the loan and exception levels.
As a result of these changes, PFIs may now be required to engage more actively in eMAQCSplus to respond to exception and monitor statuses.
In addition to the detailed guidance available in the eMAQCSplus PFI User Manual, we are providing eMAQCS®plus and MPF Quality Control FAQs to help users better navigate these updates and address common questions related to the revised workflow.
