Reminders- Section 2.3.4 Ineligible Transactions, Products, or Mortgage Loan Attributes and Section 4.3 Freddie Mac Loan Product Advisor® of the Xtra Selling Guide were cleaned up to reflect LPA not being eligible for delivery under MPF Xtra.
- Updated the MPF Traditional Selling Guide by removing outdated references to Expedited (Streamline Refinances) from section 2.4.2 LTV Ratios and Occupancy Eligibility for Conventional Conforming Mortgage Loans.
- In observance of Labor Day, the MPF Program will not accept Delivery Commitments or Fundings on Monday, September 2, 2024. Also, please note that in adherence to the SIFMA Bond Market Holiday Schedule, the MPF Program will NOT be closing early on the business day prior to the holiday, Friday, August 30, 2024.
