MPF Xtra Selling Guide Updates

On August 7, 2018, Fannie Mae issued Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2018-06, which covers the below referenced topics that are applicable to loans sold under the MPF Xtra product:

• High Loan-to-Value Refinance Option
• Market Conditions Addendum (Form 1004MC)
• Consolidation of Data Quality and Integrity and Mortgage Fraud
• First Payment Date
