2025 Low-Income Areas and Area Median Income (AMI) Information

Effective Date: May 12, 2025

The 2025 Low-Income Areas and 2025 Area Median Income (AMI) information will be available starting Monday, May 12, 2025.

Please take note of the following eMPF® updates:

Effective Monday, May 12, the 80% AMI validation at funding will begin using the updated 2025 data. This only applies to sub-products with an 80% AMI requirement.
The FHFA 80 Percent AMI Amounts by County spreadsheet will be updated with a 2025 tab
The Property Demographics Tool will be updated to reflect the 2025 data.
