MPF Traditional Servicing – Loan Modification Corrections

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted within)

The MPF Program updated the MPF Traditional Servicing Guide to incorporate a reminder, that when the MPF Provider notifies a Servicer that one of its Loan Modification was completed incorrectly, Servicer must respond within the timeframes provided for in the MPF Guides.
