Updated Newrez Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manual for MPF Xtra

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted within)

The MPF Program Exhibit W-X: Newrez Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manual for MPF Xtra has been updated as follows:

  •  5.3 Escrow Funds: deleted inaccurate reference to “Additional Information File”
  •  3.3 Purchase by the MPF Provider: corrected deadline to submit loan delivery request under Mandatory and Best Efforts Delivery Commitments – not later than 3:30 P.M. Central Time, no later than seven (7)  Business Days prior to Delivery Commitment expiration.
