MPF Government MBS Servicing – Request for Release of Documents Update
Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)
To ensure compliance with investor requirements, the Form SG340-M Request for Release of Documents has been updated to incorporate a reason code 7 - Special Assistance, so that loans liquidated pursuant to the Special Assistance programs can be identified.
As a reminder, Servicers must use the most recent version of the Form SG340-M when requesting release of documents from the MPF Government MBS Custodian.
