MPF Program – Retirement of the Term “Appraisal Waiver”
To better align with evolving industry standard terminology for valuation methods, the term “appraisal waiver” will no longer be used by the MPF Program.
In the coming weeks, the term "appraisal waiver" will be replaced with the term "value acceptance” in the MPF Guides, Forms and Exhibits. This change is already reflected in eMPF.
